You Pick Your Feet in Poughkeepise?

Ok, what's been going on. Just got back from home, I mean, San Diego. Went to the San Diego Supercross. My observations:

  • It is no wonder desert racing is on life support. The fact that pro's haul their bike out in their own truck to a desert race, whereas, the pits at Supercross were unreal.
  • There were at least 5 booths, where the sole reason for their being was to get your picture taken with the Monster girl, the Progressive Insurance girls, the Rockstar Energy Drink girls, etc.
  • No doubt Reed is an awesome rider, but he was booed during the intros, and I think it is because of the general hatred of him, and the fact the whiny little bastard is going to get the *title this year.
  • What is wrong with Windham?

I have still been diligently practicing drums. I have realized a few things:

  • Rock drumming is as boring as it gets
  • Jazz drumming is ridiculously complex
  • My right foot technique needs a lot of work

I learned Fool in the Rain, so my next song is gong to be Swingtown. Then Lowdown.
